QHSE POLICY

Ensuring the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors personnel, and third parties is a line management function and responsibility equal in importance to other critical management functions. It is the policy of Vend Engineering Limited to pursue the goal of not harming anybody connected with or involved in the activities under Vend’s sphere of control.

Vend shall demonstrate commitment by;

1. Complying with statutory requirements and best industry practices.
2. All employees are to be given appropriate QHSE training and are to attend all QHSE meetings.
3. Setting QHSE objectives and targets, and allocating sufficient resources to ensure we meet our objectives.
4. Promoting cultures that demonstrate active personnel commitment to QHSE improvement, using our influence to promote compliance by subcontractors and suppliers to this policy.
5. Every activity must be suspended if the employees know that the job cannot be carried out in accordance with this policy and report such cases to supervisors. 
6. Consulting with stakeholders and publicly reporting QHSE performance.

In laying down this policy, which is centered on the preservation of life, Environment, and properties, we have the firm belief that QHSE management is line responsible everyone is responsible and everyone is responsible for QHSE.

The cooperation of all is expected so that this policy will be obeyed and followed at all times by every employee and subcontractor, thus delivering safe projects.
