Vend Engineering Limited is an engineering, Procurement, and construction (EPC) company that performs a comprehensive scope of services for the oil and gas, energy and allied industries, and federal and state government. As a full engineering company, she has the primary objective of helping to contribute to the rapid industrialization of the host community through the provision of vital infrastructure using engineering resources and experiences.
Vend Engineering Limited enjoys the services of qualified engineering and technical personnel in every area of her specialization. They have undergone basic training and have participated in a number of projects both major and minor. Apart from our in-house professionals, we enjoy the services of some of the world bet trained engineers. These consultants who are on-call are brought in from time to time on a project to project basics, as the need for their services arises.

Director/CEO
An engineering graduate of University of Benin, is the Present Managing Director/CEO of Vend Engineering Ltd. A project engineer by training and have been involved in major turn-key projects in Nigeria and West Africa. He has an MBA, worked with Fung Tai Engineering Company Ltd, left as the General Manager (West Africa) and Public Private Partnership lead covering Sub-Sahara Africa. An astute businessman seats in the Board of other companies in Nigeria like VAS Global Resources & Tech Ltd, Smile Evolution Dental Care, UAE foundation etc. He has a goal of building Vend Engineering Ltd into a world class oil and Gas service company.

Is the Amanyanabo of Town-Brass, a member of the Bayelsa State Traditional Rulers Council (1st Class chief) and member of the National Council of traditional Rulers. He served as the first military Governor of Rivers State, a passionate educationist, chancellor Novena University Ogume, Delta State, former Chancellor Bayero University kano, he is also a certified arbitrator. King Alfred Diette-Spitt is the Chairman Board of Directors of Vend Engineering Ltd, where he ensures integrity and Excellency in corporate culture of the company.
ENGR. GOODY EGBUJI (FNSE)
Vice Chairman Board of Directors
He is a re-known Civil Engineer and project manager of repute. Engr Goody Egbuji has had a successful career in Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as project lead, for many turn-key projects for NNPC and Nigerian government. He was the Executive Secretary, Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA). He’s in the board of several blue chip companies. He is a gentleman and a highly respected community leader that value integrity and expertise. Goody has had over 35 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry. He presently Vice-Chairman Board of Directors of Vend Engineering Ltd, where his wealth of experience in Human and Project management is highly valued.
EKANEM, IDONGESIT SAMUEL
Executive Director
A detailed, energetic and innovative Directional Drilling Engineer (with 28 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry)is a graduate of University of Calabar, Cross River, Nigeria. Idongesit started his career as a Mud-logging Engineer in Interdrill Nigeria Ltd, and then moved to Baker Hughes Inteq(Drilling and Evaluation)as Data Engineer, Worked as MWD-Geosteering Engineer. He moved to schlumberger (Drilling and Measurement) as a Directional Drilling Engineer. Subsequently, he grew to become a consultant Directional Drilling Engineer Supervisor in Halliburton Energy services. Today Ekenam Idongesit seats in the boards of Vend Engineering Ltd as Executive Director, where he heads all the drilling operations and continue to consult for schlumberger (SLB) Well Construction and Baker Hughes (Drilling Services). He is also the CEO of IDEEJAY Substrata Int”l Ltd, Nigeria.
ENGR. EMEKA ONUKWUBE
Executive Director
An Engineering graduate of Enugu state University of Science and Technology is an Executive Director of Vend Engineering Ltd. He had a successful career at ExxonMobil Nigeria, where he started as a mechanical engineer majored in Risk / Loss Prevention Engineering, grew to become a Risk and Loss Prevention Engineering Advisor. In ExxonMobil, he developed Project Risk Management Plan (RMP) for EPC (Green Field) projects and coordinated implementation of the Plan for complex and non-complex projects. He facilitated HAZOPs/HAZIDs for brown field oil process de-bottlenecks to optimize production for offshore and onshore facilities. Emeka is a strategic planner and a Risk management expert, presently in-charge as a process safety advisor / principal consultant for Risk and loss prevention Engineering.
DR. AYAMMA UMANAH-EDEANI
Board Member
A consultant Restorative Dentist and a Fellow of West African College of Surgeons, she is a graduate of University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State Nigeria. A mother of four has worked in many medical and governmental establishments as Head of departments. A lecturer and clinician with passion for excellence in public and private practices is the chief medical Director of Smile Evolution Dental Care. She has many internationally referenced publications in health, Dental, Medical and management Education. Ayamma is an Energetic, Intelligent and a detailed manager, she seats in the Board of Vend Engineering Ltd as a non-Executive Director.
