Any organization that seeks to operate in local communities for the purpose of project execution must necessarily consider good community relations alongside safety organization, quality assurance and control, and timely completion of the project. This is what we do at Vend Engineering Limited.

Vend Engineering Limited is committed as a matter of policy to maintaining improved relations with communities in the areas of its operations.

To this effect, the community development department of the company ensures that the host communities are given preferential employment opportunities for unskilled tasks without compromising standards and adequate compensation is made where necessary to communities where Vend Engineering Limited operates.

Our staff and those working within Vend Engineering Limited work site shall be briefed and trained from time to time on good community relations and constructive suggestions shall be considered for the furtherance of this policy to which we are committed. Community liaison offers employed and trained by Vend will interface directly with the communities directly and report directly to the management.
